Privacy notice
Glam Fairies Beauty Bar (“we”), directed by Julenda Kodi, respects your privacy under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you book or message us we may process your name, WhatsApp number, email address, appointment notes, reference photos and, for house calls, an address or location pin. The website itself does not run advertising trackers. Server logs on your host may store a technical IP address.
Why we use it
To schedule and deliver beauty services, send appointment reminders, handle deposits, improve the service, and meet tax and consumer-law duties. We do not sell contact lists.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as needed for the diary, aftercare queries and lawful record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to marketing messages. Contact Julenda Kodi at julendakodi@gmail.com or 066 317 6363. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Photos
We only publish a client’s face on this site or social pages with permission. Studio images of the director and finished work created for the brand may appear on the website.
